AIRPORT / HOTEL TRANSFER

Feel free, we do organize your transfer. Transfer from Airport to Hotel and Hotel to Airport is free of charge with our hotel shuttle. At the reservation process, please indicate that you require a tranfer with all travel details (airport arrival time, flight number) or kindly send us an email with your reservation number, and all travel details to our Reservation Department. For Conference and Groups, please contact our Conference and Group Events Department, to organize a group transfer (at a cost).

Please note, that our Agency based at the Airport, will welcome you, after the Customs formalities.

A private transfer, with driver may be also arrange for you, at a cost. Should you need us to organize your private transfer, please contact our Concierge Desk.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT POLICY

Our rooms are available from 14:00, arrival day. Should you arrive prior 14:00, and after 10:00, the Hotel will make all efforts, accordingly hotel availability, to provide your room on arrival. Should you need to have your room before 10:00, on arrival day, your reservation should be made one night prior your arrival day (at a cost). Kindly adivise at the reservation process your expected arrival time and flight details.

Check-out time is 12:00. Accordingly to the hotel availability, and upon request at our Front Desk during your stay, should you need a late check-out after 12:00 and no later than 20:00, your late check-out will be confirmed at a fees of F.Cfa 6,500 / Euro 10 per hour. For a departure after 20:00, the full night will be charge. Starwood Preferred Guest, have accordingly their level, a complimentaty late check-out until 16:00. If you are not yet Starwood Preferred Guest, take the opportunity to join SPG for a world of redemption, our Front Desk will inform you about SPG benefits.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

The Hotel accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express cards. On site, 2 ATM are available.

ADA POLICY

2 rooms, located on hub floor (ground floor) are wheel chair accessible, and our Associates are ready to assist disabled visitors. Should you need particular assistance for your airport tansfer, arrival, stay and departure, we will be pleased to assist you, and feel free to contact us in order to prepare you stay.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Guests must be at least 18 years old to consume alcohol. 

PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
